I’ve always been very interested in neurodivergence and the way the brain works, which led me to help out as a hospital and domestic abuse intern. I am excited to be a part of APPS and grow my understanding while broadening neurodiversity.

Hi! My name is Valeria Herrera, and I am a junior at DuVal High School, a first-generation student in the dual enrollment program, an athlete, and a member of Peer Forward and the Red Cross Club. My main priority will be to put in time, dedication, and effort to help everyone feel included, supported, and valued.
